Frank received his B.S. in Accounting from John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio in 1974. Frank has over 29 years of experience
in public accounting and banking. In 1983 the accounting firm was founded by Frank. Frank is a member of the American Institute
of CPA’s and the Pennsylvania Institute CPA’s. In addition, Frank has served on the board of several non-profit organizations.

Gary is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College with a B.A. degree in Accounting. He joined the firm upon earning his degree in
1988. In addition to the tax work he performs, Gary is the auditor in charge of each of our firm’s audit engagements. Gary is a member
of the American Institute of CPA’s as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s.
