Frank received his B.S. in Accounting from John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio in 1974. Frank has over 43 years of experience in public accounting and banking. In 1983 the accounting firm was founded by Frank. Frank is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Pennsylvania Institute CPA’s and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation and Analysis. Frank has served on the board of several non profit organizations and also on the board of directors of S&T Bankcorp, Inc where he serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Gary is a shareholder in Palermo/Kissinger and Associates, P.C. Gary joined the firm after graduating with a B.A. degree in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College in 1988. He has over 30 years of experience working with local businesses providing tax, accounting, and consulting services. In addition, Gary is in charge of the firm’s quality control and each of the firms audit engagements developing a specialty in audits of non-profit organizations and local governments. Gary is also known as Chip by family and friends. He resides in Upper St Clair with his wife Amy and two sons AJ and Matthew. Professionally, Gary is a member of the AICPA and PICPA. Gary is presently the Treasurer of the United Way of Washington as well as a member of the Finance Council of Holy Child Church in Bridgeville, PA
Gary A. Kissinger

Frank graduated from Allegheny College, in glorious Meadville, PA with a BA in Managerial Economics. He earned his CPA in 2010. Frank works in all aspects of accounting from audit work to tax preparation and planning to consulting services. Frank is involved with non profits in the area and consults the board of directors of Legacies Alive. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, dog Birdie and making a lot of bogeys.

John is a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina with a B.S. in Accounting. He has been with the firm since 2011 and earned his CPA in 2017. John has worked in all aspects of the accounting firm and has a specialty in business and personal tax work. With an expertise in QuickBooks, John can help with any issue and done remotely so you never miss a beat. John resides in Mt. Lebanon with his wife Leilani. He is the vice-president on the board of Pathways of Southwestern Pennsylvania and was recently apart of Pittsburgh 50 Finest raising money to fight Cystic Fibrosis. You can find John on the golf course or anywhere in the mountains as he spent a year in Vail, CO after graduating from Elon.

Lisa received her B.A. in Accounting from King University, Tennessee in 2002. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech in 2003. Lisa joined Palermo/Kissinger & Associates in 2010 after gaining experience in tax planning and preparation as well as auditing. In addition, she served as a contracted CFO of a local Nonprofit Organization for over 10 years. Lisa devotes her time with Palermo/Kissinger almost exclusively on audits of Nonprofit Organizations and Governmental entities.
Lisa Vipperman

Denise joined Palermo/Kissinger & Associates, P.C. in 1989 and has worked in almost every capacity since then. Her role began in payroll services and has grown to include bookkeeping, processing tax returns and office management. Denise specializes in performing all the day to day business tasks that you don’t have time to do. Whether it be bill pay, processing paychecks, reconciling bank accounts, you name it, Denise can do with no overhead costs like a full-time in house bookkeeper. In her free time Denise enjoys being outdoors with her husband Jim, two kids Alex & Rachel and her loyal canine Rocko.

Lindsay graduated from California University of PA in 2006 with a BS in Business Administration and joined Palermo/Kissinger & Associates, P.C. shortly after graduation. Lindsay serves the firm as our Payroll Specialist with over 12 years of payroll knowledge. She currently prepares payroll for 21 of our firm’s clients and has knowledge of payroll tax in 20 states. When not in the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim and 4 cats.
